UV light is a special collection of mercury discharge lamp which is very similar to fluorescent lamps. It includes ultraviolet light source covering different spectrum, like UVA fluorescent light of 365nm, which can be while light mosquito lamp or black light blue (BLB) for counterfeit machine. If you prefer strong sterilizing effect, quartz or high boron UVC lamp could be produced with added UVD spectrum peaked at 188nm which creates ozone in killing pathogens.
