Our LED tubes Is produced with high quality SMD 2835 chips of high lighting efficacy (80lm/W – 160lm/W) and color rendering (CRI80-97). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 3000-6500K, and a particular cold color temperature of 8000-12000K to best fit different installation environment. The product beam angle is 160-320°.

For fixture body, it is optional to use painted iron housing with thickness choice of 0.2mm, 0.25mm or 0.3mm. For length, we have 2ft (300mm), 3ft (900mm), 4ft (1200mm) and 5ft (1500mm) models for both T5 and T8 Tubes using G5 or G13 lamp bases. There can be either single tube our double tube fixtures, with or without light reflector design. To easy wiring, there are also model which allows interconnections of several tubes together with double plug cables. We also retain linear traditional tube fixtures which could fit either magnetic or electronic ballast to power on fluorescent tubes of size T4, T5, T6, T8, T10 and T12.

T8 integrated fixture can use double female lamp base which could be interconnected using double plug power cord, as well as using male and female coupling lamp base for interconnections. They are mounted using screw fixed metallic clamps. They could be made with power switches to allow on and off of particular fixture.

The LED equipped tube uses high quality IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC185-265V) of power factor >0.5, or universal voltage input (AC85-265V) of power factor >0.9. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

The product has a wide range of applications. It could be use as replacement office and residential fixture using traditional fluorescent lighting to create a bright and comfortable lighting environment. It is also a good solution to reduce energy cost in supermarkets and shopping malls which tubes lightings are being used intensively. Hotels and Restaurants are highly recommended for a complete conversion to LED products to reduce overall energy consumption of the city. For school and hospital where failed tube replacement work should be reduced to least, long life LED product employment is optimal to achieve to an undisturbed teaching and surgical environment. In case of new parking lot or garage lighting projects, direct AC input LED tube with simple wiring fixture could be the most economical solution and a simple solution to work with.
