T8 LED Tube (US & Canada - Type B - Ballast Bypass) is specially configurated product for US & Canada general lighting purpose. It employs the latest LED driver technology which allows a high efficiency light output used in US & Canada markets. Type B LED tube are also known as Ballast Bypass model, which means it require no external ballast but just direct wiring to AC input to power on.
Our product Is produced with high quality SMD 2835 chips of high lighting efficacy (100lm/W – 160lm/W) and color rendering (CRI80-97). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 3000-6500K, to best fit different installation environment. The product beam angle is 320°.
For tube body, it is optional to use frosted or clear glass of higher light transmission and perfect diffusion, as well as shatter proof glass tube body wrapped with PET film with inner glue, which could greatly increase protection against injury caused by broken glass. The end cap is made of fire resistive PC material or aluminum.
The product uses high quality IC driver of power input ranging AC120-277V. The power factor is greater than 0.9. It is designed to input at both single or double end, which allows easy retrofitting of existing fluorescent fixture after ballast removal or usage with new LED fixture at single end power input. The lifetime of the product is over 50,000 hours, with a warrant period of 5 years.
The product has a wide range of applications. It could be use in new office premises or residential building construction projects to create a bright and comfortable lighting environment. It is also a good solution to reduce energy cost in supermarkets and shopping malls which tubes lightings are being used intensively. Hotels and Restaurants are highly recommended for a complete conversion to LED products to reduce overall energy consumption of the city. For school and hospital where failed tube replacement work should be reduced to least, long life LED product employment is optimal to achieve to an undisturbed teaching and surgical environment. In case of new parking lot or garage lighting projects, direct AC input LED tube with simple wiring fixture could be the most economical solution and a simple solution to work with.
