T8 LED Tube (PC & NANO) is a linear LED product using durable material such as PC or Nano plastic to offer extra safety toward glass breakage. It is particular safe and reliable, as well as being the most commonly used indoor lighting product. The product is certified by TUV and SGS with CE, RoHS, ERP, CB and SAA.
Our product Is produced with high quality SMD 2835 chips of high lighting efficacy (80lm/W – 160lm/W) and color rendering (CRI70-97). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 3000-6500K, to best fit different installation environment. The product beam angle is 320°.
For PC tube body, it is optional to use frosted color for better diffusion or clear color for higher lumen efficacy. For Nano plastic tube, a frosted color of fine light diffusion is available. PC tube have high elasticity, and has extraordinary strength towards breakage or cracks, which could be a very good choice of tube lighting in area with occasional earthquakes such as Japan and Taiwan. Nano plastic tube while on the other side, also has a safety property similar to PC tube, while the tube body is more rigid against bending. The end cap is made of fire resistive PC material of different length, or aluminum end cap of different outlook and coloring.
The product uses high quality IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC185-265V) of power factor >0.5, or universal voltage input (AC85-265V) of power factor >0.9. It is designed to input at single end in order to ensure electrical safety and fitting in a circuit with direct AC input. Besides, to do direct replacement of T8 fluorescent tube in existing magnetic ballast powered circuit, the single end input tube could be short circuit at the other side to become ballast compatible, given the start is replaced with a LED fuse. In case of existing fluorescent fixture with ballast to be removed or new double end fixture, tube could also be designed in double end connection to fit in. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.
The product has a wide range of applications. It could be use as replacement office and residential fixture using traditional fluorescent lighting to create a bright and comfortable lighting environment. It is also a good solution to reduce energy cost in supermarkets and shopping malls which tubes lightings are being used intensively. Hotels and Restaurants are highly recommended for a complete conversion to LED products to reduce overall energy consumption of the city. For school and hospital where failed tube replacement work should be reduced to least, long life LED product employment is optimal to achieve to an undisturbed teaching and surgical environment. In case of new parking lot or garage lighting projects, direct AC input LED tube with simple wiring fixture could be the most economical solution and a simple solution to work with.
