T8 LED Glass Tube (Horticultural Lighting), is a tubular plant growing lighting products aimed at providing light supplement to vegetables or fruits mainly grown by hydroponics or plants with lower soil requirement. It uses full spectrum LED chips on a glass tube lamp body to create high power growing light source of adequately high PPF. The lamp user extra high efficiency driver to ensure the high light output is based on low energy consumption to minimized lighting cost in growing. LED tube are usually installed with G13 lamp bases or metallic fixtures on hydroponic shelves of industrialized greenhouses as well as home growing. Currently, we have model of power 9W, 12W, 18W and 22W of respectively length 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m and 1.5m.

It uses full spectrum LED chips on a glass tube lamp body to create high power growing light source of adequately high PPF. LED grow tube has a very specific purpose to boost plant growing rate and plant growing quality. Under appropriate environment and nutritional condition as well as temperature and ventilation, the tube lighting is adequate to raise vegetation speed, improve flower blooming rate and flower quality, and so as the character of the fruits of majority of plants. If UV source or Far-Red light is necessary to be added, XGY also support customization services. If the growing purpose is to support seedlings stage, we also have appropriate light spectrum.

Horticulture lighting is very popular in USA, for both industrialized growing or home growing. They are also common in European country such as Netherland, Germany and Russia as commercial greenhouses growing. In Asia market such as Thailand and Japan, grow light are also employed as plant light supplement. The product certified with CE and RoHS.

The growing tubes uses full spectrum 2835 LED chips of CRI>70 (Spectrum same as Samsung lm301b) and 3030 red light LED chips of 660nm to create a grow boosting spectrum closer to sunlight. The EFF ranges 1.5-1.9μmol/J. The color temperature is a 4000K which is comfortable to eyes compare to simple Red & Blue spectrum. If you prefer to have plant species specific growing spectrum, we have tailored standard spectrum for vegetables, fruits, Cruciferae, succulent, rhizomatous plants as well as seed growing. The product beam angle is 320°.

For the lamp body, we use clear glass tube body to ensure higher light transmittance to achieve stronger light intensity. The tube use build in driver which can be single voltage (AC185-265V) or universal voltage (AC85-265V) input. The tube installation is the same as standard LED tube, which the tube could be single or double end setup, depending on your fixture wiring. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

Horticulture lamp fixture could have a wide range of using scenes. They can be installed in green houses and plastic film growing houses with appropriate fixtures, which are mainly growing shelves for soil growing or hydroponics. There are also professional plant factories using horticulture lighting in present or absent of natural sunlight. In some ecological restaurant, growing light could be used to grow organic vegetables for dinning purpose. Growing light are also necessary for indoor fruit farm if higher yield rate and fruit quality is preferred. It is also appropriate to do home growing with lighting fixture as sunlight supplement or in basement as the substitute of sunlight.
