T5 | T6 LED Tubes (Internal Driver) is a replacement product against T5 fluorescent tubes in existing ballast powered fixtures. For T5, a PC tube is fitted inside a clear glass tube body to create a frosted tube lighting effect, while T6 tube adopts traditional powder coating technique for frosted tube lighting effect. T5 | T6 LED tube is built in with internal driver which could be used with direct AC input. It allows easy replacement with simple ballast removal in existing circuit, and is an economical indoor lighting product. The product is certified by is certified by TUV and SGS with CE, RoHS, ERP for EU markets.

Our product Is produced with high quality SMD 2835 chips of high lighting efficacy (80lm/W – 150lm/W) and color rendering (CRI70-97). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 3000-6500K, to best fit different installation environment. The product beam angle is 320°.

For T5, only frosted color tube is available, but T6 could work with both clear or frosted tube, as well as shatterproof tube. Both offer a good diffusion and a high lumen efficacy. The end cap is made of fire resistive PC material of different length, or aluminum end cap of different outlook and coloring.
The product uses high quality IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC185-265V) of power factor >0.5, or universal voltage input (AC85-265V) of power factor >0.9. It is designed to input at single end in order to ensure electrical safety and fitting in a circuit with direct AC input. In case of existing fluorescent fixture with ballast to be removed or new double end fixture, tube could also be designed in double end connection to fit in. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

The product has a wide range of applications. It could be use as replacement office and residential fixture using traditional fluorescent lighting to create a bright and comfortable lighting environment. It is also a good solution to reduce energy cost in supermarkets and shopping malls which tubes lightings are being used intensively. Hotels and Restaurants are highly recommended for a complete conversion to LED products to reduce overall energy consumption of the city. For school and hospital where failed tube replacement work should be reduced to least, long life LED product employment is optimal to achieve to an undisturbed teaching and surgical environment. In case of new parking lot or garage lighting projects, direct AC input LED tube with simple wiring fixture could be the most economical solution and a simple solution to work with.
