LED Newlights Harvest Lamp (Horticultural Lighting), is a plant growing lighting products aimed at providing extra high-power output and light intensity to support plant growth. It uses full spectrum LED chips on an aluminum waterproof lamp body to create high power growing light source of extraordinary high PPF. The lamp uses high efficiency driver to ensure the high light output is based on low energy consumption to minimized lighting cost in growing. The lamp use string mounting installation with metallic string which could be uses with most growing fixtures in industrialized greenhouses as well as home growing. Currently, we have model of power 320W, 640W, 860W as well as 1100W.

LED Newlights Harvest Lamp (Horticultural Lighting), is a plant growing lighting products aimed at providing extra high-power output and light intensity to support plant growth. It uses full spectrum LED chips on an aluminum waterproof lamp body to create high power growing light source of extraordinary high PPF. The lamp uses high efficiency driver to ensure the high light output is based on low energy consumption to minimized lighting cost in growing. The lamp use string mounting installation with metallic string which could be uses with most growing fixtures in industrialized greenhouses as well as home growing. Currently, we have model of power 320W, 640W, 860W as well as 1100W.

LED Newlights Harvest Lamp has a very specific purpose to boost plant growing rate and plant growing quality. Under appropriate environment and nutritional condition as well as temperature and ventilation, the growing lamp fixture is adequate to raise vegetation speed, improve flower blooming rate and flower quality, and so as the character of the fruits of majority of plants. If UV source or Far-Red light is necessary to be added, XGY also support customization services. If the growing purpose is to support seedlings stage, the lower power model of 300W will be suitable.

Horticulture lighting is very popular in USA, for both industrialized growing or home growing. They are also common in European country such as Netherland, Germany and Russia as commercial greenhouses growing. In Asia market such as Thailand and Japan, grow light are also employed as plant light supplement. The product certified with c-ETL-us and FCC, and it is also complying with CE and RoHS requirement.

The growing lamps uses full spectrum 2835 LED chips of CRI>70 (Spectrum same as Samsung lm301b) and 3030 red light LED chips of 660nm to create a grow boosting spectrum. The EFF is as high as 2.3 μmol/J which meets the latest DLC requirement. The color temperature is a 4000K which is comfortable to eyes compare to simple Red & Blue spectrum. The product beam angle is 120°.

For the lamp body, we use durable aluminum light bars mounted by clamps on an aluminum lamp body of higher thickness to ensure good heat dissipation. The whole lamp can stand wet location usage, which includes IP67 protected external driver. The drivers use water proof cables with coupling end caps to ensure driver output to light bars are free from water intervention. On the light bar, chips are protected with glue to ensure the connecting parts are waterproof. Due to the separable nature of the light bars, the lamp is in compact packaging of small volume, which greatly reduced cost in transportation. The lamp use string mounting installation, which the middle part of the lamp body is supported by 4 lamp strings using simple lock hooks. Metallic strings could be hung on metallic bars of growing fixtures which lamp string length could be customizable.

The lamp uses high quality Inventronics or Meanwell driver IC driver to power on. Drivers have metallic shell of IP67 ingress protection level. The driver has a very high efficiency of 98%, which accepts an AC input of 90-305V. Besides from a high efficiency, the driver also supports 0-10V dimming functions with simple external dimmer of high compatibility. The lifetime of the product is over 50,000 hours, with a warrant period of 3 years.

Horticulture lamp fixture could have a wide range of using scenes. They can be installed in green houses and plastic film growing houses with appropriate fixtures. There are also professional plant factories using high power horticulture lighting in present or absent of natural sunlight. In some ecological restaurant, growing light could be used to grow organic vegetables for dinning purpose. Growing light are also necessary for indoor fruit farm if higher yield rate and fruit quality is preferred. It is also appropriate to do home growing with lighting fixture as sunlight supplement or in basement as the substitute of sunlight.
