LED Large Panel Light - Smart & Dimmable is a collection of functional panel lights. We have smart panel lights using IR Remote control, which allows RGB+W color changing and 16 steps dimming functions. We also have simpler model which only change CCT but still withi 16 steps dimming functions. Besides, we also have CCT switch control model which color temperature could be change from cold white to natural white to warm white with simply switching on and off the lamp. Finally, we have 3 steps switch dimming model which can change lamp brightness between 20%-50%-100% through switching.

LED panel light uses stylish and fashionable white painted aluminum frame with everlasting color as key body material, together with diffuser plate which create a uniform lighting effect. Inside the lamp, we use plastic LGP and reflector paper to direct the light emitted from SMD4014 LED chips mounted on the edges of the metallic frame. LED Panel light could be recess installed using hooks or metallic spring clamps, or surface mounted using an added set of suspension mounting frame. It could also be hanged with metallic string mounted on the lamp using angle metallic fixing plates. Large panel lights are available in 4 common sizes, including 3060 (1x2) panel lights, 6060 (2x2) panel lights, 30120 (1x4) panel lights and 60120 (2x4) panel lights. The product is certified by TUV and SGS with CE, RoHS and ERP.

Our product Is produced with high quality SMD 4014 chips of high lighting efficacy (70lm/W – 120lm/W) and color rendering (CRI80). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 3000-6500K, which includes warm white, natural white and cool white light. If a particular cold color temperature of 8000-12000K to best fit different installation environment. The product beam angle is 120°.

For large panel lamp body, slim aluminum frame in white paint is used. The lamp use PS (Optional MS | PMMA for better UV and yellowing resistance). PS Diffuser plate is used for a more even light distribution of reduced glare to eye. Recessed panel light could fit into open holes of integrated ceiling with a pair of spring clasp or recess mounting hooks, while suspension mounting (surface mounting) could also be achieved using an external metallic frame screw fixed on ceiling. It could also be string mounted using stainless still wire screw fixed to ceiling and attached to the panel angle metallic plates for fixing. All installation methods are safe and firm.

The product uses high quality IC driver of minimized light flickering to power on, which is usually universal voltage (AC85-265V) of power factor >0.9. As panel light use external driver and lamp body is metallic, it is safer to use isolated driver to ensure electrical safety when fitting in a circuit with direct AC input. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

The product has a wide range of applications. It could be use as replacement office and residential grid light using tubular lighting. It is also a good solution to reduce energy cost in supermarkets and shopping malls which lighting fixture is used intensively. Hotels and Restaurants could use LED panel light as room or dining hall lighting. For school and hospital with intensive room separation, large panel light creates good light source for working and studying. Large panels could also be used in airport and metro stations for effective lighting purpose.
