LED Filament Bulb (Refrigerator) is specially designed filament bulb for refrigerator lighting. In every fridge, interior lighting is based on a small size bulb, which could be T22, T25 or ST26 in shape. In the past, incandescent bulb and halogen bulb are used. To have a of longer lifetime and better lumen maintenance, LED filament bulb is employed as a perfect replacement of the traditional lighting. The product is certified by TUV and SGS with CE, RoHS and ERP and SAA.

The filament bulb uses a fully encapsuled ceramic filament base with high quality Sanan & Epistar chips. The whole lamp has a high lighting efficacy of (100lm/W – 120lm/W) and color rendering (CRI80-95). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 2700-6500K. The product beam angle is 360°.

For bulb body, it is optional to use the most common clear glass to achieve higher brightness. If it is preferable to have more diffused light effect, a semitransparent frosted glass body or an opal glass of white powder coated will be available. The base cap could either be Edison screw or bayonet type. They can be of size E12 | E14 | B15d. The base cap could be made of aluminum in slivery color or copper in golden color.

The LED filament bulb use high quality Linear IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC120V or 230V) of power factor >0.5, which is optimized with stable light output and reduced flickering. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

LED Filament Bulb (Refrigerator) is used to replace traditional bulb and incandescent bulb in refrigerators. Due to the requirement of higher temperature for incandescent or halogen light source to light on, the brightness of the bulb in cold fridge environment is usually low, which could result in sever underlighting, as a result, incandescent and halogen bulb need to be using in larger number with higher power rating to ensure sufficient brightness, which could be energy consuming. The second issue of the traditional lighting is the shorter lifetime of them, which could be as short as 3000 hours. And more importantly, replacement of light bulb inside fridge could be challenging as they are usually hidden inside strong plastic cover to avoid glass breakage issue causing potential harm to users. LED filament bulb on the other hand, consume lower power and give out higher brightness, which also use very low power rating ranging from 1-4W to create same brightness as 20W incandescent or 10W halogen. Filament bulb also have longer lifespan to save frequent replacement needs. A CRI 90 filament bulb would be the perfect refrigerator bulb.
