LED Filament Bulb (Mosquito Repellent) is specially designed filament bulb aimed to drive mosquito away from the light sources. In the past, mosquito lighting aimed at using ultra-violet to attract mosquito and killed them by either trapping or electric shock, both approach results in unpleasant mosquito remains to left inside the fixture which required regular cleaning. Mosquito repellent bulb use specially designed spectrum, which used tailored greenish-yellow bulb shape to filter away mosquito flavored red and blue light, and remain a spectrum of 530-590nm greenish-yellow light unflavored by mosquito. This could effectively drive mosquito away from the light source and reduce insect disturbance to human. The product is certified by TUV and SGS with CE, RoHS and ERP and SAA.

The filament bulb uses a fully encapsuled ceramic filament base with high quality Sanan & Epistar chips. The whole lamp has a high lighting efficacy of (75lm/W – 85lm/W). The color temperature is 2700K and with a yellow light spectrum that is more favorable to human eyes. The product beam angle is 360°.

For bulb body, it uses a greenish-yellow opal glass to achieve a mosquito repellent spectrum. The base cap could either be Edison screw or bayonet type. They can be of size E26 | E27 | B22d. The base cap could be made of aluminum in slivery color or copper in golden color.

The LED filament bulb use high quality Linear IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC120V or 230V) of power factor >0.5, which is optimized with stable light output and reduced flickering. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.

Mosquito Repellent Filament Bulb have a wide range of application area. It could be use in home including toilet or kitchen which the damp and warm fire or heater using environment could attract mosquito. Besides form home usage, it could also be used outdoor like home garden with damp-proof fixture which can repel mosquito attracted by soil and humidity. In poultry farms and pet shops which animals and pets could attract mosquito, repellent bulb could avoid risk of diseases spread through mosquito.
