LED Filament Bulb (General Lighting - T Series), is a specially shaped bulb for both general lighting and decorative purpose. It has a wide range of residential or commercial lighting applications. T series filament bulb are generally known as tubular bulb, the most common model includes T45, which is also known as T14 in US, are used in smaller fixture for lighting purpose. For decorative model, they are usually in longer shapes T30 Series, which are also known as T9 or T10 in US market T30 have 2 features, first is that they have different length, including 185mm, 225mm and 300mm. They can be used to create different decorative lighting pattern. The other features is the arrangement of the filament, which could be in 1 or 2 columns of straight filament arrangement, and so as X shaped or W shaped arrangement.

LED filament bulb is good replacement product of traditional Edison, Incandescent, Halogen as well as CFL bulb. Traditional bulb usually employs high power, which could be as high as 100W while LED could create similar brightness using only 1/10 power rating. Besides from the energy saving edges, LED filament bulb also have design which could create a lighting effect closer to Edison bulb with more antique lighting effect compare to SMD bulb. Our filament bulb uses a fully encapsuled ceramic filament base with high quality Sanan & Epistar chips. The whole lamp has a high lighting efficacy of (100lm/W – 120lm/W) and color rendering (CRI80-95). We offer full range of color temperature, ranging from 2700-6500K. The product beam angle is 360°.

For bulb body, it is optional to use the most common clear glass to achieve higher brightness. If it is preferable to have more diffused light effect, a semitransparent frosted glass body or an opal glass of white powder coated will be available. The base cap could either be Edison screw or bayonet type. They can be of size E26 | E27 | B22d. The base cap could be made of aluminum in slivery color or copper in golden color.

LED filament bulb use high quality Linear IC or IC driver to power on, which could be single voltage input (AC120V or 230V) of power factor >0.5, or universal voltage input (AC85-265V) of power factor >0.9. It is optional to use driver solution which is dimmable, including linear IC dimmable model, or SMPS dimmable model. For higher compatibility with different dimmer model and brand, we could use chips LC dimming as well as 1512 chips IC dimming driver model. In case of DC input is preferable, the bulb could be customized for DC3-12V input. The lifetime of the product is over 25,000 hours, with a warrant period of 2 years.
